But I\u2019m now realizing that I didn\u2019t truly understand it, and I certainly wasn\u2019t integrating it all the way this program does. I\u2019m super excited about where my fitness is today, where it could be in a few months, and especially where it might be in the years to come. I\u2019ll be 50 next year, and this program has made me believe there\u2019s no reason I can\u2019t be as fit in my 50s as I was in my 20s.
