Vicki Kenney is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Nutrition Specialist with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. She has worked with a wide range of clients\u2014from elite athletes and pregnant women to children with obesity, individuals with special needs, and seniors. Vicki has also coached high school and club soccer teams. \u00a0An avid outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys running, mountain biking, surfing, paddle boarding, and snowboarding. Outside of work, Vicki is a proud mom of three daughters and finds motivation in staying active and healthy for her family. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience to help others succeed, believing her clients\u2019 progress is the most rewarding part of her work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
