He moved to Vail in 2014 and has developed a dynamic and personalized treatment style that blends manual therapy, functional dry needling, and movement-based strategies. Matt works with a wide variety of individuals, ranging from those recovering from injury or surgery to elite athletes striving for peak performance as a physical therapist at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.howardhead.org\/\"><strong>Vail Health Howard Head Sports Medicine<\/strong><\/a>. His approach emphasizes not only recovery and performance, but also long-term health, sustainability, and longevity\u2014principles he applies both in the clinic and in his own active lifestyle. Outside the clinic, Matt enjoys life in the mountains with his wife, daughter, and their dog. He spends his free time skiing, mountain biking, golfing, hiking, camping, and rafting.
